Anshita Soni Makwane is an enthusiastic and results-oriented HR professional with extensive experience in planning and directing all areas of Human Resources. She also recommended and executed policies, procedures, rules, and regulations for employees in the company, reviewed and updated all human resources policies to meet the organization's needs, planned and facilitated HR activities in the team, and administered payroll and maintained employee records. Anshita holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from RGPV and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Swami Vivekanand College of Engineering.
